Ingredients
Golden Oreo Cookies
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
6 tablespoons Patriotic Sprinkles
6 ozBerry Blue Gelatin
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 3/4 cups whipped cream
6 ozStrawberry Gelatin
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup additional whipped cream
2 tablespoons additional Patriotic Sprinkles
Instructions
Crush 36 Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor
Mix with melted butter until evenly combined
Press firmly into a 9×13″ dish and chill 20 minutes
Pour cold Greek yogurt into a medium bowl
Blend in softened cream cheese until smooth
Fold in 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped cream
Spread half the mixture into cooled crust
Top with crushed blueberries and freeze 1 hour
Dissolve Berry Blue Gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water
Let cool to room temperature
Pour over cheesecake layer and refrigerate 3 hours
Beat remaining 2 3/4 cups whipped cream
Whisk Strawberry Gelatin (dissolved in boiling water) until set
Top lasagna with strawberry gelatin layer
Garnish with sliced strawberries, remaining whipped cream, and sprinkles
Chill 4 hours before slicing and serving
