Description
Chewy, gooey s’mores-inspired bars made with Golden Grahams cereal, melted marshmallows, and layered chocolate. Combines crispy graham crunch with rich cocoa swirls in a no-bake, portable format.
Ingredients
Salted Butter
6 Tbsp (85 g)
Mini Marshmallows
16 oz (453 g)
Golden Grahams Cereal
6 Cups (240 g)
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup (170 g)
Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar
1.55 oz (43 g)
Cooking Spray

Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
Place butter in microwave-safe bowl and melt on HIGH for 30 seconds.
Add 15 cups mini marshmallows, and microwave in 15-second intervals until fully melted, stirring after each.
Stir in cereal until evenly coated.
Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
Melt 1/2 cup marshmallows in microwave for 25-30 seconds, then spread over hot cereal mixture.
Slice Hershey’s bar into fine shavings and sprinkle over the top.
Cool completely before cutting into 15 bars.
Notes
For best results, use fresh marshmallows for maximum pliability
If chocolate becomes too warm, refrigerate for 30 minutes before forming bars
Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 5 days
