Description

Quick and easy smashed cinnamon rolls cooked on a griddle or Blackstone. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and topped with a creamy glaze. Perfect for camping or fast breakfasts.


Ingredients

14 oz cinnamon roll dough

5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar

For glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp milk


Instructions

1. Preheat griddle to 325–350°F and grease surface.

2. Place cinnamon rolls on griddle with space between.

3. Gently press to flatten slightly.

4. Cook 4–6 minutes until golden.

5. Flip and cook another 4–6 minutes.

6. Check doneness with toothpick.

7. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.

8. Remove rolls, drizzle glaze, and serve warm.

Notes

Do not press rolls too thin or they may dry out.

Use a dome or bowl to trap heat for even cooking.

Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
