Ingredients
Ground Beef, 1 lb (80/20 blend)
Red Potatoes, 1 lb (diced small)
Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Colby Jack), 1–2 cups
Onion, 1 small (yellow or white)
Mixed Greens, 1 cup
Olive Oil, 1–2 tbsp
Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup
Cajun Seasoning, 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Toss diced potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt
Air-fry potatoes 20-25 minutes until crispy
Heat cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking
Season ground beef with 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Press patties thin (4 4-ounce patties)
Sear beef for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy
Caramelize onion slices in the remaining oil in skillet until golden
Assemble bowls with greens as base
Top with seared patty, 100g air-fried potatoes, caramelized onions, and 2 tbsp melted cheese
Notes
For lean version: use ground turkey instead of beef
Use dairy-free cheese shreds for vegan option
Melt cheese over patty while cooking for gooey texture
