Description
Slow Cooker Chicken Stew made with tender chicken, vegetables, garlic, and a creamy Parmesan broth.
Ingredients
1 lb red potatoes
2 carrots
1 celery rib
1/2 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1.5 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp cornstarch
2/3 cup heavy cream
3 chicken breasts
1 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Add vegetables and seasoning.
2. Mix broth and cornstarch.
3. Add cream and chicken.
4. Cook on low.
5. Shred chicken.
6. Add peas and Parmesan.
7. Season and serve.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread.
Adjust thickness with broth.
