Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
8 oz lump crab meat, picked for shells
1 cup crawfish tails, pre-cooked and peeled
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Carefully fold in the lump crab meat and crawfish tails.
Add the cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne, stirring to incorporate.
Mix in the pepper jack and parmesan cheeses.
Stir in the heavy cream and chopped green onions until the mixture is uniform.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and smooth the top.
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden brown.
Notes
Ensure your cream cheese is completely at room temperature to avoid a lumpy texture. For an extra kick, serve with extra cajun seasoning on the side. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
