Description

Romantic baked stuffed shrimp filled with a creamy crab, spinach, and artichoke mixture and finished with a garlic butter dill sauce. Elegant and easy seafood dinner.


Ingredients

2 lbs large shrimp, butterflied

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp black pepper

8 oz crab meat

1 cup cooked spinach

6 oz chopped artichokes

1 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

8 oz shredded cheese

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp dried herbs

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Lemon zest

4 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp fresh dill


Instructions

1. Season shrimp.

2. Prepare stuffing mixture.

3. Fill shrimp with stuffing.

4. Bake until shrimp are cooked.

5. Prepare garlic butter sauce.

6. Drizzle and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake shrimp.

Crab meat is optional.

Serve immediately.
