Description
Healthy oatmeal protein cookies made with oats, peanut butter, and seeds.
Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup applesauce
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Shape cookies.
3. Bake until set.
4. Cool and serve.
Notes
Use natural nut butter.
Let cookies cool fully.
