Ingredients
Chicken Tenders or Thighs 2 lbs
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Unsalted Butter 1 stick
Fresh Garlic 8-10 cloves
Grated Parmesan 1/2 cup
Hot Sauce 1 tbsp
Red Pepper Flakes 2 tsp
Fresh Parsley 1/3 cup
Paprika 2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Onion Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Cut chicken into 3-inch thick pieces
Combine olive oil, butter, garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Marinate chicken skewers for 45 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Place skewers in fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes
Brush with remaining sauce
Cook an additional 6-8 minutes until golden
Brush with sauce one final time and serve
