Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 lb
Fresh garlic cloves, 4
Unsalted butter, 1/2 cup
Bowtie pasta (farfalle), 1 lb
Low-sodium chicken broth, 1 cup
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In a slow cooker, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
Add chicken and 1/2 of the garlic-butter mixture; cook on low for 4 hours.
When ready to serve, cook pasta separately.
Toss cooked pasta with remaining butter-garlic mixture and broth in a pan.
Combine pasta and chicken, adjusting seasoning to taste.
