Ingredients
2 cups pancake mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease mini muffin pan.
2. Cook sausage until browned and drain grease.
3. Mix pancake mix and water until smooth.
4. Stir in sausage, cheese, and maple syrup.
5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
7. Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Freeze leftovers for quick breakfasts.
Use mini muffin tins for best size.
