2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat; sear steak until browned (3-4 minutes per side)

In the same skillet, melt butter with olive oil; sauté minced garlic (1 teaspoon) until fragrant

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy
Return seared steak to the skillet, toss until fully coated in sauce
Combine cooked pasta with steak and sauce, mix thoroughly
Garnish with additional Parmesan and chopped parsley before serving
Notes
Chicken or turkey breast can replace sirloin for a meat-free option
Use gluten-free pasta for dietary restrictions
Control spice level by adjusting Cajun seasoning amount
Caramelized garlic (optional) adds depth to the sauce
Finish with a splash of vegetable broth if extra richness is desired
