Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (breast or thighs, diced)
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
2 cups cooked rice (long-grain white, brown, or jasmine)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
½ cup milk (whole or 2%)
½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Steam or boil broccoli florets until tender
In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, broccoli, diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, and milk
Add garlic and onion powder, then combine thoroughly
Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
Sprinkle breadcrumbs (if using) over the cheese layer
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly
