Ingredients
King’s Hawaiian Rolls (12-count)
Large Eggs (6 units)
Ground Beef Sausage (8 oz)
Turkey Bacon (6 slices, crumbled)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup shredded)
Cowboy Butter (1 recipe, melted)
Garlic (for butter)
Lemon Juice (for butter)
Dijon Mustard (alcohol-free, for butter)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Scramble eggs until just set, set aside
In a skillet, cook and crumble beef sausage until browned
Caramelize turkey bacon until crisp, add to sausage mixture
Butter Hawaiian rolls cut-side up in a baking dish
Divide egg-sausage-bacon mixture into each roll
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
Brush rolls with cowboy butter (garlic, lemon, alcohol-free Dijon, herbs)
