Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 frozen banana

Optional: nuts or protein powder


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

3. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
