Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown
Flip and cook until fully cooked (165°F/74°C), then rest for 5 minutes
Thinly slice chicken and layer on sourdough slices
