Description

Berry croissant bake made with buttery croissants, cream cheese custard, and fresh berries. A perfect make-ahead brunch casserole.


Ingredients

4 large baked croissants, torn into pieces

1 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup milk

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9-inch dish.

2. Spread croissants in baking dish and top with berries.

3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

4. Add sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla and mix well.

5. Pour mixture over croissants and berries.

6. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes to overnight.

7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden.

8. Serve warm with powdered sugar or syrup.

Notes

Use baked croissants, not raw dough.

Can be assembled the night before.

Let rest before slicing.
