Ingredients
1 lb minced chicken
3 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock
1.5 Tbsp sriracha
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 head butter lettuce or iceberg leaves
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, sriracha, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil.
Add the minced chicken and chopped onion, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Pour the prepared sauce mixture into the skillet with the chicken.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken evenly.
Remove from heat and spoon the mixture into fresh, cleaned lettuce leaves for serving.
Notes
You can substitute minced chicken with ground turkey if preferred. Use vegetable stock for a lighter flavor profile. Adjust the Sriracha amount based on your preference for spice.
