Description
Cozy apple cinnamon oatmeal porridge made with almond milk and topped with buttery sautéed apples.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
3 cups almond milk
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
2–3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tsp apple pie spice
Pinch of sea salt
1 apple, sliced
2 Tbsp butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp apple pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Simmer oats and almond milk for 8–10 minutes.
2. Stir in condensed milk halfway through.
3. Add maple syrup, vanilla, spice, and salt.
4. Sauté butter, brown sugar, spices, and apples.
5. Top oatmeal with apples and desired toppings.
Notes
Adjust thickness with extra milk.
Great for meal prep.
Serve warm.
