Ingredients
Steak (Sirloin, NY, or Ribeye) – 1.5 lbs
Unsalted Butter – 2 Tablespoons
Worcestershire Sauce – 2 teaspoons
Montreal Steak Seasoning – 2 teaspoons
Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon
Dried Italian Seasoning – 1 teaspoon
Fresh Parsley – 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Cube steak into 1-inch pieces
Mix butter, Worcestershire, seasoning, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
Coat steak cubes with marinade
Work in batches to avoid overcrowding
Air fry 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized
Toss with additional melted butter and parsley before serving
Notes
Use parchment paper for easier cleanup
Let steak rest 5 minutes before serving
Best with steak cuts under 1.5″ thickness
