Ingredients

6 ounces egg noodles
1 pound ground beef (85/15 fat ratio)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup low-sodium beef broth
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup full-fat sour cream


Instructions

Boil a large pot of water and cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente.
Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
Break up the meat with a wooden spoon and brown thoroughly.

Notes
