Description
Fluffy vegan buckwheat pancakes with a slightly nutty flavor.
Ingredients
¾ cup buckwheat flour
¾ cup flour of choice
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1½ cups plant milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients and stir gently.
3. Heat pan and grease.
4. Cook pancakes until golden.
5. Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overmix batter.
Use all buckwheat for gluten-free.
Freeze leftovers for later.
