Ingredients
Vegetable broth
White miso paste
Green onions
Spinach or bok choy
Carrots
Mushrooms
Tofu (optional)
Tamari
Sesame oil
Instructions
1. Warm the broth.
2. Add vegetables.
3. Whisk miso with warm broth.
4. Stir miso into pot.
5. Add tofu.
6. Season and serve.
Notes
Do not boil miso to preserve flavor and probiotics.
