Ingredients
Base
1 lb lean ground beef
3 medium red potatoes, diced
Toppings
1 cup onions, caramelized
1 cup shredded cheese (Colby Jack or pepper jack)
Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon recommended)
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Optional
½ cup pickles
1 cup lettuce or mixed greens
Instructions
1. Dice potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Air fry at 400°F for 16–18 minutes until crispy.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and caramelize onions over medium heat for 10–15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
4. Increase skillet heat to medium-high and add ground beef.
5. Smash beef with a spatula, season with salt and pepper, and cook 5–7 minutes until browned and crispy.
6. Whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl until smooth.
7. Assemble bowls with potatoes, beef, onions, and cheese.
8. Drizzle with sauce and top with pickles and lettuce if desired.
