Description
Sweet Honey Garlic Chicken Wings coated in a homemade honey garlic sauce with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and smoked paprika. Crispy baked or air-fried.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings
1/3 – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil spray
Honey Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Pat wings dry; toss with flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange on parchment-lined sheet; spray with oil.
4. Bake 20 minutes; flip, spray, bake 10 minutes more.
5. Make sauce by simmering honey, garlic, paprika, ginger, and soy sauce 3–5 minutes.
6. Coat wings in sauce and serve.
7. Air Fryer: Coat wings, air fry 15 minutes at 400°F; flip; cook 5 minutes more; coat in sauce.
Notes
Add Sriracha or cayenne for heat.
Simmer sauce longer for extra stickiness.
