Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
2/3 cup milk of choice, orange juice, or plain or strawberry yogurt
Sweetener of choice, as desired
Optional 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or protein powder
Instructions
1. Add frozen strawberries, liquid of choice, optional sweetener, and optional cocoa powder or protein powder to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth.
3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid a little at a time.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
