Description

No-bake strawberry shortcake pudding cups layered with golden cookie crumbs, creamy cheesecake pudding, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream. Perfect for parties and summer desserts.


Ingredients

20 golden vanilla sandwich cookies

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries

2 (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mixes

4 cups cold whole milk

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup whipped cream

810 (4 oz) dessert cups


Instructions

1. Crush cookies and freeze-dried strawberries into fine crumbs.

2. Whisk pudding mix and milk until smooth and thick.

3. Fold diced strawberries into pudding and let set 5 minutes.

4. Layer crumbs and pudding in dessert cups.

5. Repeat layers as desired.

6. Chill until ready to serve.

7. Top with whipped cream and garnish before serving.
