Description
Spinach Ricotta Pasta Bake made with creamy ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, and tender pasta in a rich tomato sauce.
Ingredients
300 g ziti pasta
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
500 g ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic
350 g frozen spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
700 g tomato passata
2 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven.
2. Prepare sauce by shaking ingredients in bottle.
3. Cook pasta slightly under.
4. Mix ricotta mixture.
5. Combine pasta and ricotta.
6. Transfer to baking dish.
7. Top with sauce and cheese.
8. Bake covered.
9. Uncover and finish baking.
10. Serve hot.
