Classic smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese, capers, red onion, and fresh dill.
Ingredients
1 bagel
2–3 oz smoked salmon
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Lemon wedges (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Toast bagel.
2. Spread cream cheese.
3. Layer smoked salmon.
4. Add capers and onion.
5. Garnish with dill.
6. Season and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh.
