Description
Slow cooker lemon and rosemary chicken made with bone-in thighs, fresh herbs, and garlic.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken thighs
Zest of 1 lemon
6 rosemary sprigs
1 tsp thyme
8 garlic cloves
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Mix olive oil and spices.
2. Coat chicken in slow cooker.
3. Add lemon zest, garlic, and rosemary.
4. Cook on low 6–8 hours.
5. Serve with pan juices.
Notes
Bone-in chicken stays juicy.
Baste halfway through.
Great for family dinners.
