Description
Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Chicken and Veggies with baked chicken breast, roasted potatoes, broccoli, and asparagus in garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Season chicken.
3. Roast potatoes 15 minutes.
4. Add chicken and vegetables.
5. Roast 20–25 minutes.
6. Drizzle remaining garlic butter and broil briefly.
7. Rest and serve.
Notes
Use a thermometer for best results.
Do not overcrowd pan.
Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
