Sheet Pan Chicken and Potatoes made with juicy chicken breasts, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, and a honey garlic butter glaze.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons buttery steakhouse seasoning
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven.
2. Make honey garlic sauce.
3. Pound chicken evenly.
4. Cut potatoes evenly.
5. Arrange chicken and potatoes.
6. Season and drizzle oil.
7. Pour sauce over chicken.
8. Bake until done.
Notes
Broil briefly for extra color.
