Description
Creamy chicken pot pie topped with fluffy Red Lobster–style cheddar biscuits.
Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 cup cream of chicken soup
½ cup chicken broth
2½ cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ cup butter
1 cup cheddar cheese
¾ cup milk
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
Instructions
1. Mix chicken filling.
2. Transfer to baking dish.
3. Prepare biscuit dough.
4. Top filling with biscuits.
5. Bake until golden.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken.
Do not overmix biscuits.
Let cool before serving.
