Description

Raspberry Chia Pudding sweetened with pure maple syrup, made with almond milk and fresh raspberries for a healthy breakfast or light dessert.


Ingredients

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Optional toppings: sliced almonds, shredded coconut, extra berries, maple syrup drizzle


Instructions

1. Whisk chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.

2. Stir again after 5 minutes.

3. Mash raspberries and mix in.

4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

5. Stir, top, and serve.

Notes

Store up to 5 days refrigerated.

Add splash of milk if too thick.

Blend raspberries for smoother texture.
