This parmesan crusted chicken sheet pan dinner features juicy chicken, crispy roasted potatoes, and garlic green beans for an easy family-friendly meal.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb chicken breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
1/2–3/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 lb red potatoes, chopped
1–2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon parmesan (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan.
2. Toss potatoes with oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
3. Roast potatoes for 10–15 minutes.
4. Toss chicken with oil, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and seasoning.
5. Add chicken and green beans to pan.
6. Bake until chicken reaches 165°F.
7. Broil briefly for extra crispness if desired.
8. Rest and serve.
Notes
Start potatoes first for even cooking.
Do not overcrowd the pan.
Broil at the end for extra crisp texture.
