Description

A creamy, no-bake Oreo peppermint pie with candy cane crunch and whipped topping, perfect for Christmas celebrations.


Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (crushed)

5 tbsp melted butter

Pinch of salt

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

½ tsp peppermint extract

8 oz whipped topping

½ cup crushed candy canes

Few drops red food coloring (optional)


Instructions

1. Crush Oreos and combine with melted butter and salt.

2. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and chill.

3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

4. Add peppermint extract and food coloring.

5. Fold in whipped topping and half the crushed candy canes.

6. Pour into crust and chill 4 hours.

7. Top with remaining candy canes and serve.
