Description
Soft and hearty Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Morning Muffins made with rolled oats and melty chocolate chips. Perfect easy breakfast bake.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare muffin tin.
2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
3. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Divide into muffin cups.
7. Bake 18-22 minutes.
8. Cool and serve.
Notes
Do not overmix batter.
Store airtight up to 3 days.
Freeze up to 2 months.
