Easy no-bake energy bites made with oats, peanut butter, flaxseed, coconut, and chocolate chips. Perfect healthy snack.


Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned oats

2/3 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup honey

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Chill mixture until firm.

3. Roll into bite-sized balls.

4. Store and enjoy.
