Ingredients
Streusel:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp melted butter
Cake:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp maple extract
8 oz sour cream
Topping:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
1. Prepare streusel.
2. Mix dry cake ingredients.
3. Combine wet ingredients and stir into dry.
4. Layer batter and streusel.
5. Bake until set.
6. Drizzle with maple glaze.

No mixer required.
Do not overmix batter.
