Description
Korean Ground Beef Bowl made with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil served over rice. A quick and affordable dinner idea.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
1. Prepare rice.
2. Brown ground beef.
3. Add garlic and ginger.
4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
5. Simmer briefly.
6. Serve over rice and garnish.
Notes
80/20 beef gives best flavor.
Great for meal prep.
