Korean BBQ meatball rice bowl made with juicy beef meatballs and sweet savory bulgogi sauce served over rice.
Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon stock powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 onion
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 pear
1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
green onion
sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Mix meatball ingredients.
2. Shape into balls.
3. Cook until golden.
4. Prepare sauce mixture.
5. Cook onion then sauce.
6. Add meatballs to sauce.
7. Serve over rice.
8. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use fresh garlic.
Adjust spice level.
