Healthy homemade vanilla granola made with gluten-free oats, nuts, coconut oil, and natural sweeteners.
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free)
2 cups chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup coconut oil
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and line baking sheet.
2. Mix oats, nuts, and cinnamon.
3. Melt coconut oil and mix with sweetener and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
5. Bake until lightly golden.
6. Cool completely and break into clusters.
Notes
Use maple syrup for vegan option.
Let cool fully for crunch.
