Healthy Ground Turkey Taco Skillet made in 30 minutes with lean turkey, veggies, and bold taco seasoning. Perfect one-pan weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 cup corn
1 cup black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup cooked rice (optional)
½ cup shredded cheddar (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat oil and sauté onion and pepper.
2. Brown ground turkey.
3. Add seasoning, tomatoes, corn, and beans.
4. Simmer 5-7 minutes.
5. Stir in rice if using.
6. Top with cheese and serve.
Notes
Use 93% lean turkey for best texture.
