Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (90/10)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water or vegetable broth
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
Cucumber and tomato salad
Pickled red onions
Hummus or tahini sauce
Fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Rinse and cook basmati rice with turmeric and salt.
2. Brown ground beef in skillet.
3. Add garlic and spices; cook until fragrant.
4. Prepare cucumber and tomato salad.
5. Assemble bowls with rice, beef, and toppings.
6. Drizzle with tahini and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Store components separately for meal prep.
Substitute ground turkey if desired.
Add lemon juice before serving for brightness.
