Description

This grilled chicken wrap with Greek marinade is a Mediterranean-inspired meal made with juicy lemon-garlic chicken, creamy feta, and fresh vegetables. Perfect for meal prep or quick dinners.

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat tortillas or pitas

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or tzatziki

1/2 cup crumbled feta

1 tomato, sliced

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

2. Add chicken to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

3. Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.

4. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

5. Warm tortillas or pitas slightly.

6. Spread Greek yogurt or tzatziki in center of wrap.

7. Add grilled chicken, tomato, cucumber, onion, and crumbled feta.

8. Roll up tightly, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

Store leftover chicken separately for meal prep.

You can swap Greek yogurt for tzatziki or hummus.

Use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas for a low-carb option.
