Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 flour or whole wheat tortillas

1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

1 tomato, thinly sliced

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

1/4 cup hummus or ranch dressing

Optional: olives, pickled onions, roasted peppers


Instructions

1. Pound the chicken to even thickness and season with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
