A handheld twist on the classic Caesar salad with smoky grilled chicken, crisp romaine, Parmesan, and creamy dressing wrapped in a tortilla.
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 flour tortillas
Optional: grape tomatoes, avocado, bacon
Instructions
1. Brush chicken with olive oil, season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
3. Let chicken rest, then slice into strips.
4. Lay tortilla flat, spread Caesar dressing.
5. Add romaine, grilled chicken, Parmesan, and optional toppings.
6. Roll tightly, slice diagonally, and serve.
Notes
Wrap tightly in parchment or foil to prevent sogginess.
Prepare ingredients ahead but assemble just before serving.
Use flavored tortillas for variety like spinach or tomato basil.
