Description
Fresh Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips made with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and apples for an easy party dessert.
Ingredients
1 lb fresh strawberries diced
1 pint fresh blueberries halved
1/2 pint fresh raspberries halved
2 apples peeled and diced
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla
6 flour tortillas
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Dice all fruit and combine in bowl.
2. Mix lemon juice, honey, and vanilla.
3. Pour glaze over fruit and chill 15 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F.
5. Cut tortillas into triangles.
6. Brush with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
7. Bake 7-8 minutes until crisp.
8. Cool and serve with fruit salsa.
Notes
Best served fresh.
Chips can be made 1 day ahead.
Store fruit salsa up to 24 hours refrigerated.
