Description
French Onion Beef Casserole made with ground beef, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, French onion dip, and crispy fried onions. A comforting, cheesy family dinner.
Ingredients
10 ounces dried egg noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans (10.75 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz) jar French onion dip
1/2 cup fried onions
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook egg noodles and drain.
3. Brown ground beef and season.
4. Stir in soups and French onion dip.
5. Fold in noodles.
6. Transfer to baking dish and top with fried onions.
7. Bake 20 minutes until heated through.
8. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Drain beef well.
Add cheese if desired.
Store leftovers up to 4 days.
