Description
Flavorful Cajun chicken cooked in a skillet with sweet bell peppers and onions for an easy, healthy dinner.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 bell peppers sliced
1 medium onion sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix Cajun spices and season chicken.
2. Heat olive oil and sear chicken until cooked through.
3. Remove chicken and sauté peppers and onions.
4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Slice chicken and return to skillet.
6. Toss to combine and heat through.
7. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning for spice level.
Serve with rice or vegetables.
